I recently presented at the eBanking Conference in Karachi, Pakistan. It was a good experience with some senior banking industry personalities there to make the event worth its weight. I presented on the topic of eBanking: Setting the Direction Ahead, where I talked about the new thought that has come into play when designing and managing the bank' customer/prospect and the world around any organization that has gained a lot of ground in defining the expectations from banks. In that respect, it is pertinent and important that banks are consistent in their delivery to the 'world' by internally organizing itself beyond silos and taking the next step in developing and managing products/services with the 'world' in mind.
