eBanking - Setting the Direction Ahead

I presented this at the eBanking 2010 Conference in April and tried to address the growing gap of how businesses, especially banks are unable to address the essential need to manage customers, prospects and more importantly the rest of the world that is not yet attached to them. Product and brand development, management and market approach requires that we address this gap. I present a Relationship Management Model (RMM) for Banks in this paper and believe that it effectively addresses the issue by involving the whole organization in listening to 'world' and gearing their approach to it well! Enjoy the post and hope I get some good feedback. Take care.

I recently presented at the eBanking Conference in Karachi, Pakistan. It was a good experience with some senior banking industry personalities there to make the event worth its weight. I presented on the topic of eBanking: Setting the Direction Ahead, where I talked about the new thought that has come into play when designing and managing the bank' customer/prospect and the world around any organization that has gained a lot of ground in defining the expectations from banks. In that respect, it is pertinent and important that banks are consistent in their delivery to the 'world' by internally organizing itself beyond silos and taking the next step in developing and managing products/services with the 'world' in mind.

I will try to load the presentation up here, if I can :)
