eBanking - Setting the Direction Ahead

I presented this at the eBanking 2010 Conference in April and tried to address the growing gap of how businesses, especially banks are unable to address the essential need to manage customers, prospects and more importantly the rest of the world that is not yet attached to them. Product and brand development, management and market approach requires that we address this gap. I present a Relationship Management Model (RMM) for Banks in this paper and believe that it effectively addresses the issue by involving the whole organization in listening to 'world' and gearing their approach to it well!
